WEEK ONE Setting the Scene
You’ll learn all about the role of a Property Inspector/Inventory Clerk in the UK property market. We’ll go through the business model and how to implement it. We’ll look at the legal aspects of residential inventories and you’ll gain an understanding of why property Inspections and Inventories are needed. We’ll show you how you can start bringing in a regular income quickly.
WEEK THREE Growing your Confidence
We’ll go through the property inspection and inventory process in detail. We’ll talk about the tech available for completing property inspections, and you’ll learn how to develop key skills in the inventory process. You’ll complete your first inventory and plan your next steps towards building your business.
WEEK TWO Building Foundations
In this week, we’ll talk you through the business model in detail. We’ll tell you what works and why. You’ll benefit from all the shortcuts we’ve honed for quick progress and you’ll decide on your legal trading entity and business name. We’ll also start the wheels in motion towards setting up your website and show you how to find clients quickly.
WEEK FOUR Implementation Week
We’ll go through the day to day running of the business and you’ll start implementing your learning. This week is all about action, so we’ll be talking about price strategy and you’ll be putting together your client sales pack. We’ll talk you through some insider tips on minimising time at properties whilst maximising your revenue. We’ll cover how to approach and find potential clients and we’ll work towards getting you your first paying clients.
Not everyone will work through the course at the same pace, and we want to reassure you that access to the membership website will continue and you’ll benefit from heaps of resources, hints and tips, checklists and recorded training sessions along the way for the next 12 months. The online Facebook group and community will continue, so you won’t be alone, with regular live Q&A sessions as well as regular inventory coaching.
